Garantievoorwaarden Padelrackets

Peakz Padel expects you to treat your padel racket with respect at all times. You do this by adhering to the 10 rules on how to handle your padel racket.

  1. Wear the padel racket's string at all times while playing.
  2. Do not let your racket get too warm. Padel rackets do not tolerate (too) high temperatures.
  3. Do not let your racket get too cold. Padel rackets do not tolerate (too) cold temperatures.
  4. Store your racket in a padel bag when you are not playing.
  5. Make sure that your padel racket is equipped with an (over)grip.
  6. The padel racket only touches the padel ball and not the walls, the fence, the ground, the net, other padel rackets or other parts of the body than the hand.
  7. Wet balls and rackets can quickly cause problems with the padel racket. Adapt your game during rainy weather.
  8. High and low temperatures can quickly cause problems with the padel racket. Adapt your game during these types of weather. (try to prevent hard smashes)
  9. Always pick up balls with your hand, never by hitting the ball with your padel racket.
  10. Treat your racket like your mother, with respect and love.

 

If the conditions as stated above are not respected, damage to the racket will not be covered by the warranty at all times. Peakz Padel has the right to decide this.

- Damage caused by direct contact between racket and walls/ground.

 

- Damage by dropping the racket.

 

- Damage caused by improper use.

 

- Damages caused by not respecting the rules as stated by Peakz Padel.

 

-  Damage caused during shipment of the racket to the customer. This damage must be reported within 24 hours after receiving the padel racket via an e-mail to webshop@peakzpadel.nl.

In case of multiple ruptures.

In case of damage due to impact on object.

 

Smaller appearances (smileys) on the hitting surface are cracks in the lacquer and have no influences on the performance or playability . That’s normal and part of the game.

 

 

- When the fibre on the hitting surface of a padel racquet is broken in the centre whitin 8 weeks after receiving the racket.

 

 

 

Additional defect at the day of arrival

- Damages caused by not respecting the rules as stated by Peakz Padel.

 

- The padel racket has signs of usage.

 

- The safety plastic is removed.

 

- New padel racquet with Fibre detached from the foam. This damage must be reported within 24 hours after receiving the padel racket via an e-mail to webshop@peakzpadel.nl.

 

- When there are loose parts within the padel racket. This damage must be reported within 24 hours after receiving the padel racket via an e-mail to webshop@peakzpadel.nl.

 

Paint/Lacquer

- Damages caused by not respecting the rules as stated by Peakz Padel.

 

- Smaller appearances (smileys) on the hitting surface are cracks in the lacquer and have no influences on the performance or playability . That’s normal and part of the game.

 

- When the paint is broken in bigger parts between foam and frame whitin 8 weeks after receiving the racket.

 

- When the paint has lacquer cracks and chipped of bigger parts whitin 8 weeks after receiving the racket.

 

For defects that are not mentioned in this document, Peakz Padel will determine whether the warranty conditions apply.
